Celene B. Hadeed, MBA, CVA, President
Célene Hadeed has over twenty years of experience in project management, financial and management accounting, conventional and specialized financing, and information technology.
Within the last nine years, she has specialized in the Neighborhood Improvement Zone (NIZ), where she builds complex financial models for the developers, and ensures that compliance is met by the all of the contractors. Célene has worked on building over $650MM of financial models for developers in the NIZ. Moreover, she has worked on the NIZ Compliance with contractors on over $1.0B of construction costs.
Prior to founding Edge Business Solutions, Célene worked for a National Bank in both a Relationship Management and Project Management capacity for its Commercial Banking Division.
Célene holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.B.A. from Lehigh University. She is also certified in Corporate Entrepreneurship by Lehigh University’s VENTURESeries Program. She is also a Member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and received the designation of CVA.
