Célene B. Hadeed, President
Célene Hadeed has over ten years of experience in project management, financial and management accounting, conventional and specialized financing, and information technology. Prior to founding Edge Business Solutions, Célene worked for a large bank in both a Relationship Management and Project Management capacity for a Commercial Banking Division. Célene holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.B.A. from Lehigh University. She is also certified in Corporate Entrepreneurship by Lehigh University’s Series Program.
Charles R. Sander, Managing Consultant
Charles Sander has over twenty years of professional experience in project management, team integration, statistical process control, process modeling and simulation, and plant design. He is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and an expert in statistical process control, process modeling and simulation, and plant design. Charles has worked extensively with NASA’s manned space flight program and on several international capital construction programs. Charles has a B.S. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering and an M.B.A. from Lehigh University.
Mervin A. Heller, Jr., Strategic Advisor
Merv Heller has been an attorney practicing in Berks County, Pennsylvania, for over thirty-five years and has been a shareholder at the law firm of Leisawitz Heller since 1977. Merv’s areas of emphasis are real estate development and business law. He is currently the Solicitor for Berks County Convention Center Authority. Merv has served and continues to serve on several boards, including Berks Economic Partnership, Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce and Industry, GRCCI. Merv has also served as President, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the United States Tennis Association (USTA). Merv also was the Chairman of the US Open for the years 2001 and 2002. Merv is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University (BS in Education, 1969), and the University Of Pittsburgh School of Law (Juris Doctor, 1973).
Tim Fallon, Strategic Advisor
Tim Fallon is the Project Director for PBS39 at SteelStacks, the $17MM state of the art, public media and education center being built on the grounds of the former Bethlehem Steel Corporation. Previously, Tim has been a Board Member (and former Chair) of PBS39. Tim is a founding director of Team Capital Bank, a founding director of Revere Bank of Laurel MD, the CEO of Wine Gadgets, LLC and a member of the Executive Committee of Minsi Trails Council, Boy Scouts of America. Tim was also the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Holiday Hair, a family-owner chain of 200 hair salons. Tim was educated at Johns Hopkins University, earning both a B.A. in Political Science and a Masters of Administrative Science with a Management Concentration.
